OK, let's face it: as much as we love our Macs, many of us have used (or still using or was converted from) the PC.

When we transitioned to the Mac, the first thing we find is that Ctrl-C, Ctrl-X, Ctrl-V don't work any more!

Ah, but you quickly find out, to replace "Ctrl" with "Command", i.e. Command-C, Command-X, Command-V and voila! We're happy again.

But what about other keys? E.g. is there such a thing as Ctrl-Alt-Del on your Mac?

Ever been out and about and had a conversation on your mobile phone which involved a line similar to this:

"I'll send you the form in PDF. Print it, sign and return it to me and I'll get _______ going right away."

After you hung up, you thought "Great, now where do I find a printer and a fax machine / scanner?"

One of the apps that comes with iOS 9 on your iPhone is the Health app. Did you know it could save your life?

And then one day there were Emojis, and everyone is happy.
