But did you know that you can WRITE (yes, "write", like in the good old days before computers) a message to send to your friends?

It's more like scribble actually (in fact, that's what it's called on the Apple Watch) because you can write and draw on a canvas and send that in iMessage.

I recently dropped my iPhone.

First thing that came to mind was to call Apple to see if I can bring it to an Apple Store to get it fixed - on the spot.

The guy on the phone was a bit hopeless. He couldn't tell me anything (or too scared to) and just wanted to book me a date and time to see an Apple Genius.

He said it would cost me over $200 to fix it as it's not covered under Apple Care.
